The new Pinewood Estates neighborhood is taking shape. The City of Pelican Rapids and Otter Tail County are working together to create new housing opportunities in the community. Pinewood Estates is a new 9-lot subdivision at 4th Avenue NE and 3rd Street NE, located northeast of Thompson Memorial Park. Construction is moving along on three new homes, which are for sale and will be ready for families to move in this winter.
