Leaf Days at Maplewood State Park

The Friends of Maplewood are hosting "Leaf Days" on October 4-5 (Saturday and Sunday) from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm each day. This popular weekend is a great time to come to the park to experience the natural beauty of the fall colors, as well as participate in a variety of activities including leaf crafts for kids, doll making, apple pressing, rope making, corn milling, bird houses, writing leaf poems for popcorn, storytelling, and more! New this year will be pioneer day demonstrations. Food and beverages, as well as our own Friends of Maplewood maple syrup, will be available for purchase. The event is free, but a state park pass is required. Park passes can be purchased at the Park entrance, but everyone is highly encouraged to purchase a park pass online prior to arriving at the park.
