Otter Tail County invites you to learn about the intentional efforts of the OTC Works workforce strategy and how we can continue working together. The Workforce Summit will focus on empowering Otter Tail County's workforce, navigating employment barriers, and equipping employers with the information and resources they need for successful recruitment and retention. Following the Workforce Summit, attendees will also have an opportunity to participate in a Poverty Simulation in partnership with MAHUBE-OTWA. This event aims to educate and raise awareness about poverty in our community and navigating barriers to employment. Who should attend? Employers, school and education partners, local government officials, workforce partner agencies, and anyone else who is impacted by the workforce challenge and touches workforce development.
